The company has a considerable English customer base and therefore website material and interaction with customers has to be made in English.
Job Description
As Customer Support Agent with us you provide support to our customers in various questions over chat and email.
You will be working closely with other departments to solve queries from the customer and no day is usually the same as the other.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customers enquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional mannerç
- Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support department and report any aberration to the closest manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience from customer service or/and marketing department is a plus
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Bachelors’ or higher educational level
- You will be part of a team and it is important that you enjoy teamwork but that you are also able to work independently.
- As we serve our customers till late, you need to be able to work shift hours.
- If you have earlier experience from the I-gaming industry is considered valuable.
